How it works
Sign up
Open the link you were sent. Choose a slot, enter your scholar's name and your phone number. That's the whole form.
Save your pass
A QR pass comes back by text, and by email if you added one. Keep it on your phone.
Show up
Staff scan your pass at the door. Volunteer hours are recorded when you scan in and out.

Questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. Families never sign in. Your confirmation link lets you view your pass, change your spot, or cancel.
Why do you ask for my scholar's name?
So the front office knows which scholar you're volunteering or attending for, and can find you at check-in.
What if the slot I want is full?
Join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the longest-waiting family is confirmed automatically and notified.
